How early before my service should I arrive?
We suggest 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. New clients are asked to fill out the client information form to ensure the best service possible.

Age Requirements?
Spa service appointments are recommended for individuals 18 years and older.

Cancellation policy
When rescheduling or canceling an appointment, 24 hour notice is required.

Gift Certificates

Not refundable, Credit can not be re-issued for lost or misplaced Gift Certificates.

What type of payment do we accept?

All major credit cards nd personal checks are accepted with proper identification .

Confirming an appointment
Salon Allure confirms appointments with our clientele within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. .

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%.

Are Gift Certificates refundable?
Gift Certificates are not refundable, however they are transferable. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash but may be used for gratuities. They may be redeemed in the purchase of products and retail items. Gift Certificates DO NOT expire, however, price difference is expected to be rendered if there has been a price change.

What type of payment do we accept?
Parisian honors Visa, Master Card, American Express and personal checks are accepted with proper identification .

Is confirming a reservation necessary?
We encourage clients to confirm 2 or 3 days prior to their reservation.

Are gratuities included in my bill?
We are often asked about gratuities, gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%.

*Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice is required call 860-346-4411. When canceling an appointment you must speak directly with the receptionist. If after hours please leave a detailed message including date, time, stylists name and phone number.

Gift certificates are available in any dollar denomination and do not expire.
